ABACA has scheduled the soft-opening of at least 70 of over 150 condo hotels and the main​restaurant for September 1, 2019. They are currently in the process of hiring and training 200 hotel and F&B staff for deployment. In view of this, we are calling for all REEF unit owners who have received their notices of turnover, to coordinate with our marketing office for their preferred inspection schedule, and start the acceptance process. For move-in procedure, please note the requirement below. Property Manager, Engr. Ernest Gabuya of RCCG Property Management, may be contacted thru email for final acceptance.

Move-in requirement

Full payment of the balance (cash or bank guarantee). Miscellaneous fees may be paid in 3 monthly installments. First payment is due on the first on the month of move-in; and the balance covered by two post-dated checks.

September 2018

Notice of Turnover have been sent to unit owners from the 7th to 19th floors. Unit owners may now move in their furniture and appliances and undertake their preferred interior enhancements. By late October, we hope to confirm the turnover schedule for unit owners from the 19th to the 24th floors.

We have hired the firm of RCCG Property Management Services to address after-sales and maintenance concerns from unit owners. We are confident this will further preserve and enhance the long-term value of your residence. They will also be subsequently handling the turnover of units and coordinate with you for the move-in procedures.
